Promotion of INet as IBM software distributor and entrance of investment fund at INet

 

On  12th November in the exclusive restaurant “Vodenica” – Vine Club in the centar of Skopje, INet Inc. and IBM Representative Office Macedonia organized an event, on which INet was promoted  as Authorized Distributor of IBM Workstation Software. At the event, an equity investment of the private equity fund  “Small Investment Fund” at INet was announced.

“Since 1998 INet has started a strategic partnership with IBM in the field of hardware distribution. The successful cooperation in the past 10 years had contributed INet to stay focused on the wider IBM product and service portfolio and this resulted at thebeginning of November 2008 INet to become Value Added Distributor of IBM Workstation Software” – said Toni Petreski, Chief Executive Officer of INet. “The process of strengthening the partnership is not going to end here, but through offering appropriate IBM education and trainings in a near future INet will complete its IBM solutions offering”,added Petreski.

Oliver Kosturanov, SPMG - Manager of the private equity fund SIF (Small Investment Fund) which is owned by SEAF/Washington, said: “INet It is my pleasure to announce that SIF has decided to support INet in its business development during the next few years by investing considerable equity amount and to become INet’s ownership partner. At the same time SIF will provide additional technical support aimed for SAP ERP implementation at INet.
