The June 2007 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders elected Deloitte Skopje as the INet Inc. auditor. On 24.08.2007 an agreement with Deloitte Skopje has been signed for auditing the 2006 and 2007 INet Inc. financial statements.
Deloitte Skopje will audit INet Inc. 2006 accounts during October 2007, and 2007 accounts during April 2008. Deloitte will examine the INet Inc. financial statements, and the reviews of INet Inc. operations, comparing them with the records on which they are based.
The executive members of the Board of Directors are responsible for preparing the INet Inc. financial statements. The Board of Directors will approve the audit, and if it not raises any objection after result of the audit, will give its consent to the financial statements, and the review of INet Inc. operations.
